Justin Bieber Tops Zeitgeist Searches for 2011
Zeitgeist sorts billions of Google searches every year and, coming as little surprise, Justin Bieber topped out as the Most Popular Person for 2011.
Having already been named Bing’s most-searched person of the year, the “Baby” hitmaker beat out other big-name celebs like Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian and Nicki Minaj.
Gaga, however, did manage to top a list this year, too, as “Born This Way” was number 1 on Google’s Fastest-Rising Song search list.
Loved and hated Rebecca Black landed on the top of Google’s Fastest Rising Searches for her now-hit song “Friday” while Kim Kardashian nabbed Top Wedding Search honors
