Giuliana Rancic's Book Signing Event with Bill
She’s certainly been dealing with a lot over the past few months, but a radiant Giuliana Rancic was spotted at a fan greeting in Santa Monica, CA on Wednesday (December 28).
The E! News anchor, who was joined by her loving husband Bill Rancic, glowed as the couple greeted hundreds of her fans who had lined up to get Giuliana's autograph and wish her well.
As previously reported, Rancic recently underwent a double mastectomy in order to remove the breast cancer that was found back in the fall.
Excited to be back to work, Guiliana tweeted, “Back at work today since surgery. Excited to be on set of @ENews. I've missed my 2nd family (co-workers and you guys!!!) #thankful.”
“Even though I moved a tad slower than usual today, everyone welcomed me back with open arms and it was a wonderful homecoming,” she added on the E! website.
