Seth Rogen Named 2012 Spirit Awards Host
He’s known for his witty ways and comedic personality, and it was announced today (December 13) that Seth Rogen is set to host the 2012 Film Independent Spirit Awards.
The “Knocked Up” actor will take the stage and lead the night’s event, which will air on February 25th on the IFC channel.
The Film Independent Organization said in a statement, “We’re incredibly excited to have Seth as the host for the 2012 Film Independent Spirit Awards and join us in celebrating this year’s exquisite films and talented filmmaking artists.”
“Seth’s charm, intelligence and quick wit are sure to light up the room and will make for a truly entertaining afternoon.”
In addition to helming the annual cinema showcase, Rogen’s film “50/50” has been nominated for a Spirit award.
